Skin Rejuvenation Resource Centre

A resource hub on skin rejuvenation — microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, PRP, and medical-grade skincare — for clients across Greater Sudbury. What each does, downtime to expect, and how to build a plan.

Overview

Start here

Skin rejuvenation isn't one treatment. It's a plan. The right combination depends on your concerns (texture, tone, pigmentation, scarring, laxity), your skin type, and how much downtime you can accommodate. This resource centre organizes our skin treatments and the education around them so you can start with the right conversation at your consultation.

How to sequence skin treatments

Most rejuvenation plans layer a stimulating in-clinic treatment (microneedling, peel, or laser) with consistent medical-grade home care. Results come from the routine, not from any single appointment. We generally start with one treatment type, assess response over four to six weeks, and add from there.

Downtime, honestly

There's no such thing as 'zero-downtime' for a treatment that actually changes the skin. Redness, dryness, or peeling for a day or two is often part of the process. We plan treatments around your calendar so you're not caught out before an event.

FAQ

Frequently Asked

How often should I microneedle?

A series of three to six treatments four to six weeks apart is common for measurable results, then a maintenance cadence based on your response.

Can I combine peels and microneedling?

Yes — many clients do, spaced appropriately. Combinations are planned at your consultation.

What skincare do you recommend?

We carry AlumierMD, a medical-grade line matched to your skin at your appointment. Consistency at home is what compounds your in-clinic results.

How do I book?

All consultations and appointments are booked online through JaneApp.

Ready to talk it through?

Book a consultation with Joanna Ferris, RN, at our Lively clinic.
