How Much Does Botox Cost in Sudbury?

By Joanna Ferris, RN · June 1, 2026 · 5 min read

One of the most-searched questions in Sudbury aesthetics is 'how much does Botox cost?' The honest answer is: it depends — and any clinic that quotes a firm price without seeing you should be a small red flag.

Cosmetic Botox is priced per unit almost everywhere in Ontario, including Greater Sudbury. What varies is the price per unit and the number of units you actually need.

How per-unit pricing works

Each treatment area (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet) requires a range of units. Dosing depends on your muscle strength, gender, prior treatments, and the result you want. Two clients treating 'their forehead' can honestly need very different totals.

What actually affects your total

  • Which areas you're treating
  • How strong the treated muscles are
  • Whether you've been treated before (untreated muscles often need a bit more)
  • How much softening you want vs. a smoother finish
  • Any add-on areas discussed at consultation (masseter, brow lift, etc.)

What to ask before you book

  • What is your per-unit price?
  • Who is performing the injection and what are their credentials?
  • Is a follow-up included if I need a small touch-up?
  • How are complications handled?
Beware of 'special' pricing that dramatically undercuts the local average. Under-dosing to hit a price point is one of the most common reasons Botox doesn't last the expected 3–4 months.

How we handle pricing at The Ferris Me

Pricing is reviewed transparently during your consultation. You'll know the per-unit rate and receive a realistic estimate for your specific plan before any treatment happens. Nothing is charged same-day if you'd like time to think.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Botox covered by OHIP?

Cosmetic Botox is not covered by OHIP. Some medical uses of botulinum toxin (e.g. for certain neurological conditions) may be covered under separate criteria — that isn't what we provide here.

Should I choose the cheapest clinic?

Price is one factor, but injector experience, product authenticity, and complication protocols matter more for a good result.

Can I finance treatment?

We don't currently offer financing. Payment options are reviewed at booking.
